Kitchen Exhaust Vent and Gas Tap Scope of Services Supplier to provide labor and material to demo existing dishwasher kitchen hood and exhaust fan. Provide and install new kitchen hood and exhaust fan at the Tutwiler Prison for Women. Provide and install new gas tap for dishwasher. Supplier to perform the following tasks. - Ensure safe working conditions Demo: - Remove existing hood above dishwasher - Remove existing vertical duct going through roof - Remove existing exhaust fan - Existing electrical to be reused Install: - Fabricate and install new stainless steel exhaust hood above dishwasher - Install new stainless steel vertical duct from hood to exhaust fan - Install new Cook exhaust fan - Reconnect existing electrical to exhaust fan - Start up fan and verify proper operation Plumbing: - Install new 3" tee with shut off valve onto existing natural gas line in mechanical room on backside of dishwashing room Note: - Hood to be sized to Hobart specifications - Exhaust fan to be 800 CFM, to Hobart specifications - Gas tap to be 3", this will give the ability to neck down to desired size and capacity to move more gas if needed for over HVAC needs Supplier to quote total price to provide all materials, labor, equipment and fees necessary to perform the job.
