(1) Vendors must be able to directly access existing Trane software controls. (2) Vendor must validate to the Department of Agriculture & Industries the existence of a physical office within 90 miles of each of the afore-mentioned locations of Service. Vendor must have certified technicians to work on Trane Tracer control systems (Trane Connect, Tracer Synchrony, Tracer SC, and Tracer Summit). (3)Technicians must be capable of equipment programming for chillers, air handler, exhaust systems, packaged units, split-systems, VRF, etc. (4) Technicians must be capable of integration assistance into various generators, computer room air conditioning units, pressurization systems, etc. (5) Technicians must be capable of graphic creation and graphic manipulation. (6) Vendor must provide a 24/7 availability in terms of service technician availability. (7) Vendor must validate performance as a company for at least the past five years within the State of Alabama. (8) Vendor must provide basic supplies such as grease, cleaning solvents, and wiping cloths. (9) Vendor must provide vibrational analysis services on all “spinning items”.
