Janitorial Specifications: Facility's square footage for cleaning is approximately 30,400 square feet with a Foyer, (4) Main Hallways, (2) Break Rooms, (2) Conference Rooms, (8) Restrooms, (37) Laboratory Rooms, and (19) Offices. Service to be performed three (3) days per week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST except for state holidays. Services To Be Performed Three Days Per Week on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays: Restrooms: Clean, sanitize, and polish all sinks, countertops, toilets, and urinals. Clean and polish all glass, mirrors, and chrome. Dust all partitions (as needed). Spot clean all doors and partitions (as needed). Sanitize all door handles and light switches. Deep clean and sanitize all showers. Floors (Tile): Sweep and mop all restrooms, hallways, and foyer floors. Sweep all laboratory rooms and office floors. Mop laboratory rooms and offices one (1) time per week. Janitorial Service Specifications – (continued) Services To Be Performed Once A Month: Laboratory, Restroom, Office, & Conference Room Areas: Dust tables, file cabinets, sills (horizontal surfaces). High dust vents, lights, corners, blinds, and items on walls. Low dust chairs, table legs, and cabinets. Dust and Clean Baseboards. Spot Clean Restroom Walls Miscellaneous: Vendor must provide the necessary cleaning supplies to perform service. Cleaning supplies must be eco-friendly. The laboratory will furnish the following: toilet paper, paper towels, soap for dispensers, and trash can liners.
