Janitorial Cleaning Monthly Billing Supplier shall provide Janitorial Cleaning service, daily duties per each month, per General specification requirements, and Agency Janitorial Specification, and terms and conditions. Service period October 1, 2025- September 30, 2026. Refer to daily and weekly cleaning duties in specification. Supplier required to use Daily Janitorial Checklist and daily sign in sheet will be provided after award. Supplier shall use when performing daily & quarterly cleaning requirements. Supplier is responsible for providing an adequate number of employees and time to fulfill cleaning specification requirements and all terms and conditions. Payment Terms Net 30 paid in arrears after completion of service. Invoice cannot be dated nor submitted prior to the completion of service. Billing for monthly cleaning cycle is monthly. Washington Co QTR Cleaning w/out WAX Supplier shall perform Winter and Summer Qtrly Cleaning per specification Requirements. Winter Qtrly Cleaning and Summer Qtrly Cleaning without WAXSupplier shall perform services per all specification requirements.Two Quarterly cleaning services required without floor wax. Winter Qtr (Jan, Feb, March) & Summer Qtr. (July, August, September) see spec for cleaning requirements.Supplier shall provide enough employees and time to adequately fulfill cleaning requirements.Supplier required to use sign in sheet and service checklist for daily and quarterly cleaning requirements.Scheduling in advance is required. 7-day advance notice is required prior to Quarterly cleaning services being performed.Supplier shall schedule quarterly cleaning dates with POC Jennifer Bailey 251-847-6115 or Main # 251-847-6100.Floor Waxing is not required during these two quarterly sessions.Supplier shall follow manufacturers requirements for cleaning LVT, VCT, & Ceramic Tile. These floors types must be vacuumed, clean and sanitized.Preferred dates of service per specification requirements, between Saturday 8:00 am & prior to 12 pm midnight Sunday.Payment Terms Net 30 days paid in arrears after service completion. (April, May, June) see spec for cleaning requirements.Floor Waxing is required during these two quarterly sessions. for floors that require waxing.For Floors that require waxing , wax with 2 coats of WAX per manufacturers instructions for floor type.For flooring types such as LVT, Luxury Vinyl tile, VCT , Vinyl Composite Tile and ceramic tile must be vacuumed, cleaned, and sanitized in lieu of waxing. Waxing is required as specified. Supplier shall follow manufacturers requirements for waxing based on floor type. All other quarterly duties are required.
