All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor shall furnish, install, and service the equipment listed below: Vendor shall provide system with installation, turnkey job as per specification. System and Installation shall include the following: RBH Access Technologies network controller, PN: RBH-INT-UNC100-122S with controls for 2 doors. Four (4) - Door Controller add on board, PN: RBH-URC-2004. Five (5) keypads with Built in Proximity reader PN: RBH-FK-640-H. INTEGRA 32 door software license version 5.1.11, software PN: RBH-INT32-SOFT, with one (1) year software support. Vendor shall provide all wiring, supplies, labor, full installation, any misc. hardware if needed, and everything required to complete the full turnkey installation per the specification. Vendor shall be a Qualified and authorized Technician for RBH Access Control System installation and support and hold current license. Vendor shall perform service in compliance with all required codes. Vendor shall ensure all systems are fully operational and in working order prior to departure from site. Vendor shall remove all old, outdated equipment, debris and leave work area clean prior to departure. Vendor shall coordinate installation with Director of DHR Pickens Co. Preferred for Vendor to complete the installation in one trip upon receipt of materials. Vendor shall provide customer training on system, and schedule through POC. Work Schedule: Work shall be performed during business hours, (M-F) 8:00-4:00 pm, no weekends or holidays unless coordinated with office Director. Vendor must be active vendor in Alabama buys and STAARS.
