Specifications include, but are not limited to: One time Service: Pressure Washing /Soft washing areas (as applicable). Cleaning all building gutters, downspouts. Remove all debris from gutters and downspouts plus haul off debris. Vendor provides everything needed for the job (DHR shall supply water from building outside faucets). Vendor shall provide clean up after completion of work to assure work area is left clean. Vendor must coordinate cleaning schedule and time with POC. Work shall be completed soon as possible in December or coordinate with POC 30 days after PO issue date. Upon completion of work, vendor shall meet with Director or POC to review performance completion to specification. General Service Division reserves the right to give final approval of vendor performance in meeting specification requirements prior to payment. County office shall contact GSD to discuss approval. Payment Terms: Net 30, paid in arrears after completion of service. No invoicing prior to completion of service.
