DHR has Lock Body Mechanism in stock for possible replacement. • Unit price represents total costs. • Unit price shall include all charges inclusive of trip charge, mileage, all equipment, parts, hardware, materials, supplies, labor, and all fees. • Work shall be performed during regular work hours, M-F, 8:00 AM – 4:30 pm, no weekends. • Vendor must coordinate work schedule with DHR POC. • Upon completion of work, vendor shall meet with Director or POC to review performance completion to specification. • Vendor shall provide clean up, removal all old materials after completion of work to assure work area is left clean. • Suppliers must hold current license for this work. All work shall be performed per all codes. • Suppliers shall have sufficient equipment/tools to perform service specification.
