Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work Scope: • Annual preventative maintenance and inspection of Generator. • Model: Kohler • Serial # 3024815 • One basic annual service to be performed April 2025. • One follow up 41-point inspection to be performed July 2025. • Vendor quote response shall be valid through October 31, 2024. • Valid Service October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025 • Vendor agrees All Pricing on quote response shall be Firm and Fixed from date of valid quote through the service period of 9/30/2025. • Vendor shall contact POC in advance to schedule service date. • Work must be performed during regular work hours, M-F, 8:00 AM – 3:30 pm, no weekends. • Vendor shall be authorized Technician to provide service. • Unit Price for annual maintenance, inspection, and clean up represent total cost. • Total cost shall include all oil, oil filters, and fuel filters (where applicable) plus disposal of all used oil or oil disposal, oil filters, and fuel filters, all trip charges, mileage, parts, material as required in specification, labor, fees, permit fees (if applicable), lifts trucks and all amounts necessary to complete the work as specified. • Oil filter replacement and oil to be changed once a year, unless run time necessitates more (200 hours or at an additional cost). • If automatic transfer switch is required to be tested during annual inspection to include load test, adjust, and calibrate all voltages, frequency and vsr’s ** vendor must have approval from DHR Office Director as this test causes a brief power outage.
