This included software & firmware updates during this period.• Vendor to maintain all firmware upgrades/updates to current version during the period July 1, 2023- June 30, 2025.• DHR Madison Co. office holds existing software license issued by Johnson Controls.• Software used for programming of access control system is proprietary of Johnson Controls.• Software License renewal and all firmware upgrade/updates must be supplied by authorized vendor. • Firmware upgrades/updates must be compatible for use with existing equipment or devices.• No other changes or additions to existing equipment have been authorized in support of this license renewal and software upgrade/ update. • Renewal is Inclusive of M-F, 8;00 am – 8:00 pm technical support of access control system (proximity readers).• PO Period July 1, 2023- June 30, 2025.• Payment Term: Net 30 paid in arrears after completion of service. • Invoicing: Billed after completion of service. No Invoicing prior to completion of service.
