Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor shall furnish and install DSX- 1048 Access Control System or equivalent. Vendor shall Provide materials and labor necessary for the completion of the onetime installation of an access control system. 2 ea.- DSX 1048PKGNVM Panels to replace the Kantec Access Control to support 16 existing doors. 1 ea. DSX LAN Module for communication Purposes to the Network. 1 ea. DSX new software with current License version 5.4.2 to support the DSX access control system. Vendor shall Remove each Kantec Panel X8 that supports 2 doors each and reterminate into the DSX software. Vendor shall Program DSX software with card holder info as well as doors and schedules as previous system. Vendor shall provide Backup storage device for periodically backing up the DSX software info. Vendor shall Provide customer training for new system for DHR employees as assigned per DHR Director. Vendor shall coordinate with DHR Director, date, time, and personnel number for training. After completion of installation vendor shall remove any old/unused parts, supplies, materials, and debris from the building/property and leave site area clean. Vendor shall be DXS dealer and installer and have current license on file at time of award. Vendor shall provide 1 year labor warranty on workmanship. Vendor shall provide 2 yr. material warranty on DSX Access System. Coordinate service schedule with county office POC for work.
