The work consists of the complete demolition and removal of the existing building and all associated site improvements at 1110 West South Boulevard down to the building pad, including but not limited to roofs, canopies, walls, windows, doors, floors, and foundations. All interior components such as ceilings, baseboards, flooring, doors, frames, hardware, and windows shall be removed, along with all plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, sprinkler, and electrical systems, including piping, ductwork, controls, and associated equipment. Utility lines for water, sewer, gas, and fire protection shall be properly disconnected and capped beyond the building pad as indicated in the contract documents. The existing pool shall be filled, compacted to 98% density, and graded to match surrounding terrain for mowing. Remaining site elements designated to stay, including existing fencing, curbs, sidewalks, and drives, shall be protected throughout construction.
