Work ScopeThis is a one-time electrical repair job to replace exterior lighting components at the Cullman County DHR facility.Work Includes:• Replacement of 7 Parking Lot Pole Light Ballasts• Replacement of 2 Light Sockets for the outside building entrance doors• All materials listed below will be supplied by Cullman County DHRMaterials Provided by Cullman County DHR:Ballasts:• Current Lighting Solutions – GEM250ML5AC3• HID Replacement Core/Coil Ballast Kit• Qty: 6 EASockets:• Leviton Electrical – 26725-419• Vertical Screw Mount 26-42W• Qty: 2 EASupplier shall use all materials provided by Cullman County DHR and ensure installations meet NEC, manufacturer, and safety standards.Supplier RequirementsSupplier must perform the following work:• Remove non-functional ballasts in 7 pole lights• Install new ballasts provided by DHR• Remove and replace 2 exterior entrance light sockets• Confirm proper wiring, grounding, and fixture functionality• Ensure all repairs meet electrical code and manufacturer specifications• Verify all fixtures are operational upon completion• Clean all work areas after the job is completeAll work should be completed as soon as possible and must be completed in one day, unless otherwise coordinated with Cullman County DHR.Credentials Required with QuoteSupplier must provide one of the following with the quote:1. Copy of an Electrical Journeyman Credential for the worker performing the job OR2.
