Project Description Contractor to provide a concrete walking trail around the pond and surrounding property including a footbridge to enhance the park features for public use and accommodation. The walking path is to provide long term durability and safety, while promoting health and wellness by creating an accessibly surface for recreation and leisure. G. Scope of Work 1. Contractor is responsible to provide a complete concrete walking path at the Orange Beach Contorno Park around the pond and surrounding property including a footbridge in this scope of work, including all labor, materials, tools, supervision, and equipment necessary to complete the Work. 2. Contractor acknowledges that the documents included with this Contract Agreement are complete and represent the design intent. As such, the bid total pricing included with this Contract Agreement is firm and reflects the work required for complete concrete trail and footbridge and associated work in accordance with the intent of the Contract Documents and is not subject to change.
