1. Assist Alabama WISEWOMAN health system partners in identifying and implementing internal team measures, procedures, and processes to improve hypertension and overall cardiovascular health for women in participating clinics. 2. Facilitate the implementation of evidence-based interventions (EBIs) to improve hypertension and overall cardiovascular health for women in participating clinics. 3. Assist in the documentation and evaluation of EBIs and their impact on hypertension and overall cardiovascular health for women in participating clinics. 4. Provide long#term technical assistance and support to health system partners to improve hypertension and overall cardiovascular health for women. 5. Provide training materials (slides, activities, templates, examples). 6. Expand Alabama WISEWOMAN staff knowledge and skills related to providing and evaluating health system activities designed to improve processes of care related to hypertension and overall cardiovascular health for women. 7. Participate in a minimum of one monthly meeting with ADPH team and one monthly meeting with each participating health clinic during the contract period.
