• +/- 15 miles of boundary to be marked on Lowndes WMA (see attached map) • Property boundary paint must be supplied by vendor and certified/labeled for property boundary line maintenance - Nelson Boundary Marking Paint (brush type) - Red • Nails must be supplied by vendor - aluminum - at least 2" length • Property Boundaries must be marked no more than every 100ft and all existing property boundary marking must be refreshed/updated along the designated line • Property Boundary marking must cover/update all existing paint with a minimum 4- inch wide horizontally painted line that encompasses half of the designated tree - If existing paint cannot be found along the designated line, new marking should be a minimum 4-inch-wide horizontally painted line that encompasses half of the designated tree • all corner post/monuments along designated lines should be painted red and flagged with pink flagging (see attached map) • WMA signage must be posted/refreshed as needed no more than every 100ft along designated property boundaries - WMA signage will be provided by Area Biologist • Lowndes WMA boundary marking to be completed by September 1, 2026 • To look at property please contact Dalton Bray @334-301-2834 • Price is for all materials, supplies, equipment and labor.
