Monthly pest control services to include treatment for Roaches, Mice, Rats, Ants (excluding Carpenter Ants), Silverfish, Fleas, Spiders/Web Brushing, and Other Occasional Pest. Service will be for the following: Eleven (11) Staff Houses (appx 4200 sq ft per house) to include Exterior service every month and Interior service upon request. Ten (10) Rental Cabins (appx 1510 sq ft per cabin) and Tranquility Room (3500 sq ft) to include Exterior service every month and Interior service if unoccupied by guest. The following buildings will be serviced both Exterior and Interior every month; Ranger Station (appx 2300 sq ft), Pro Shop (appx 9000 sq ft), Golf Course Maintenance Shop (appx 5800 sq ft), Maintenance Shop (appx 5800 sq ft), "Old" Maintenance Office (appx 1300 sq ft), Park Office (appx 7600 sq ft), Campground store (appx 1,400 sq ft), the Campground A -side Bathhouse (1,500 sq ft). the Campground B-side Bathhouse (appx 1,500 sq ft), Campground B-side Pavilion (appx 1,520 sq ft), Campground Playground Bathhouse (appx 1,500 sq ft), Flip Side Store Front (appx 900 sq ft), and 3 rest rooms in Day Use (appx 760 sq ft) per rest room, Oakroom (appx 2900 sq ft), Cabin Laundry (appx 600 sq ft), Beach Concession Stand (appx 200 sq ft), and Interpretive Center (appx 6100 sq ft) . for FY26.
