Monthly pest control using environmentally friendly and safe for animals. Monthly pest control to cover: • Rats • Mice • Roaches • Ants (Excluding Carpenter Ants) • Silverfish • Spiders / Web Brushing • Fleas • Other Occasional Pest; Service requirements: • Service does not include treatments for infestations. • Rodent Stations are to be placed on the exterior of the buildings and monitored monthly • Vendor must be on site for call back services within 8 hours of notification of problem. The park is open 24 hours and houses guest 24/7 • No charge for call back services • Vendor must be a licensed pesticide applicator • Vendor must be insured o $200,000 aggregate o $100,000 per occurrence • MSD Sheet is to be provided upon initial visit and upon request • Vendor is to sign in upon arrival each time with Park Maintenance • Vendor is to sign out when finished • Services must be completed between the hours of 8am – 3pm. • No bait boxes, sticky traps or fly traps to be placed inside any building unless agreed upon by park manager • Interior Treatments must include all cracks and crevices to key harborage areas. • Exterior Treatment must include sweep doors, windows, and eves for spider control. Treat around outer perimeter of structure, doors, eves, common areas, and walkways.
