Monthly pest control using Commercial Grade Treatment Monthly pest control to cover: • Rats • Mice • Roaches • Ants (Excluding Carpenter Ants) • Silverfish • Spiders / Web Brushing • Fleas • Other Occasional Pest Service requirements: • Service does not include treatments for infestations. • Vendor must be on site for call back services within 8 hours of notification of problem. The park is open 24 hours and houses guest 24/7 • No charge for call back services • Vendor MUST be licensed • Vendor must be insured o $200,000 aggregate o $100,000 per occurrence • MSD Sheet is to be provided upon initial visit and upon request • Vendor is to sign in upon arrival each time • Vendor is to sign out when finished • No bait boxes, sticky traps or fly traps to be placed inside any building, unless agreed upon by the Park Manager.
