Monthly pest control to cover: • Rats • Mice • Roaches • Ants (Excluding Carpenter Ants) • Silverfish • Spiders / Web Brushing • Fleas • Other Occasional Pest such as crickets, earwigs, silverfish, etc. Service requirements: • Service does not include treatments for infestations. • Rodent Stations are to be placed on the exterior of the buildings and monitored monthly • Vendor must be on site for call back services within 48 hours of notification of problem. • No charge for call back services • Vendor MUST be a licensed pesticide applicator • Vendor must be insured o $200,000 aggregate o $100,000 per occurrence • MSD Sheet is to be provided upon initial visit and upon request • Vendor is to check in with office upon arrival each time • Vendor is to check out with office when finished • No bait boxes, sticky traps or fly traps to be placed inside any building unless requested by DCNR personnel.
