(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) The solicitation number is 75F40125R00114 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04, effective June 11, 2025.

(ix) Description of Requirement:
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requires a comprehensive service maintenance agreement for three (3) nitrogen generators. The resulting contract will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
(x) Instructions to Offerors:
- Proposals must comply with all instructions provided in this combined synopsis/solicitation (75F40125R00114) and its attachments.
- Offerors shall submit a complete Statement of Work (SOW) response, pricing, and all required representations and certifications.
- The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions if the Contracting Officer determines that the initial offer provides the Best Value to the Government.
