A. Prevention Curriculum ● Provide a grade-level aligned curriculum for K–12 students ● Curriculum must be updated annually to reflect current trends and challenges ● Topics must include: ○ Abuse prevention (including sexual abuse) ○ Bullying and cyberbullying ○ Suicide prevention ○ Drug and alcohol education, including fentanyl and drug poisoning; B. Mental Health and Safety ● Address Tier 1 (universal prevention) and Tier 2 (peer support for at-risk students) ● Promote school safety through early identification of at-risk students ● Support reduction in disciplinary infractions and suspensions; C. Program Training ● Provide training for LEA and school-based personnel on implementation, student support, and reporting processes; D. Data Collection & Reporting ● Real-time reporting capability to include: ○ Number of students engaged in the program ○ Number of students receiving additional support ○ Number of students referred to an adult as at-risk
