Tree shall stand up to outdoor elements and be made with 100% non-fade, non-shed and UV resistant materials 5. Include with quote a 6 foot to 8 foot tall topper. ‘Star’ topper is requested. 6. Round ornament package 7. RGB pixels 8. Pixel controllers 9. Wiring harnesses 10. Animation programming for pixels (not music synchronized) 11. Investigate and include in the proposal a complete list and all required equipment, parts, specifications for electronic components, description of wiring plan, programming and expertise to facilitate operation of the tree and accessories for installation by City workers. 12. Bidders are requested to submit a proposal with a base and a proposal without the base 13. Include recommendations for maintenance and storage 14.
