Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University is seeking current market information, vendor qualifications, budgetary pricing, and other relevant information on a fully integrated, comprehensive cloud-based ERP solution that could potentially replace the University’s internally hosted ERP system. The initial focus will be to replace the Finance and HCM applications, while also considering the potential for adding the SIS in the long term (5 – 10 years) to create a single integrated ERP solution. The major existing systems that are in scope for replacement with a cloud-based solution include: • Ellucian Banner Finance • Ellucian Banner Human Resources The following systems are internally hosted and integrated with our current ERP, but are not in scope for replacement at this time: • Ellucian Banner Student (includes Accounts Receivables) • Ellucian Banner Financial Aid Also included in the scope of the ERP initiative are the existing ancillary applications that would likely be retired/avoided if a new ERP system were implemented. The University’s expectation is that a modern ERP system will provide this functionality within the base product.
