One-time removal and installation LVP plank flooring and baseboard all offices (30) • Supplier shall remove and dispose of existing commercial carpet and baseboards in the 30 offices.• Supplier to verify quantity of product needed to complete the project• Supplier shall provide and install specified LVP plank flooring: Happy Feet – Marathon II – HF221 Colonial Pecan or HF214 Grey Fox or similar. • Supplier shall provide labor and materials to remove and reset furniture as floors are installed.• Installation must include 4-inch black rubber base.Include 5% attic stock material, extra for flooring and baseboards that shall be left at DHR• Vendor must verify square footage measurements at required site visit• Baseboard Installation includes all prep work to support the installation of new base• Supplier shall leave working area clean.Work must start in September, ordering materials or possible installation.Work schedule: M-F, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; No nights, weekends, holidays or overtime.. DHR not paying overtime. This project does not include overtime.Payment terms: Net 30, paid in arrears. No invoicing prior to completion of service.
