Vendor to provide all labor and materials to install approximately 441 SF of 2' x 2' suspended ceiling grid and Armstrong Cortega ceiling tiles (Product # 770N or equivalent). Ceiling to be installed 104" from the finished floor at the plumb/level. Vendor to provide all labor and materials to remove existing light fixtures and install (6) new 2' x 4' LED drop in light fixtures in new ceiling. New fixtures must be Metalux, 2 ft. x 4 ft., 4500 Lumens, Integrated LED Flat Panel Light, 4000K Cool White or equivalent, and connect electrical circuit and switch for operation/control of new lighting inside classroom. Vendor to provide all labor and materials to install (2) new 24 in. x 24 in. T-Bar Drop Ceiling Lay-in Supply Diffusers in suspended ceiling as well as modify/extend the existing HVAC air discharge and connect to the new diffusers with flex duct.
