Carpet Removal & LVT Installation One-time removal of carpet and replacement with flooring at DHR Clarke Co Main Office• Remove and dispose of existing carpet from all 26 offices.• Provide and install new Shaw Contract-Terrain II Timber 00572 LVT flooring.• Provide and install ROPPE 148 Steel Gray rubber base throughout all offices.• Replace all existing thresholds with new ones.• Contractors are responsible for moving large furniture pieces (end users must move personal items).• Unit price shall represent total costs. o Includes removal and replacement of any furniture (end user must move personal items). o Includes all trip charges, mileage, materials, supplies, labor fees, permit fees (if applicable), lift trucks, equipment, and all amounts necessary to complete the work as specified.• Contractors must coordinate scheduling with POC Nicole White for work hours and access.
