Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to establish an agreement with an experienced, qualified vendor to provide, install, maintain and remove Christmas decorations at various Retirement Systems of Alabama facilities. Ribbon: Ribbon shall be 2 1/2" wide, decorative fabric ribbon with accents and edge banding treatment. Bows: Bows on trees and wreaths shall be full with streamers and appropriately scaled for the size of the tree or wreath. Decorated Christmas Packages: Wrapped Christmas packages with a hand tied bow on top of each. Ribbon must complement ribbon on top of tree. Tree Skirts: Christmas velvet, solid color with decorative edge banding. Diameter shall be equal to size of tree. (3 to 4 yards of fabric). Artificial Poinsettia in Basket: Basket must be elevated 18 with a 20 round style basket design and be filled with a minimum of 3 bushes of 8 bloom artificial poinsettias. 6 Silk Poinsettia with Decorated Container: Red poinsettias in a decorative woven basket. Garland: Must be constructed from PVC material Must be dark green and similar to a balsam fir Must be a minimum of 10 in diameter Must have a minimum of 280 tips per 9 section
