Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Alabama Department of Early Childhood Education (DECE) is seeking proposals for professional service provider(s) with primary responsibility for: (1) Providing technical assistance in integrated operations to maximize efficiency and ensure minimal administrative expenditures ; (2) Reporting and evaluating data for multiple federal grants which fund DECE programs ; (3) Coordinating and collaborating with LEAs, local service providers, and DECE staff ; requiring experienced administrator/grant evaluator and data analyst on as-needed/on-call basis; (4) Project management and administration of ASAP online registration system for integration of enrollment in early childhood programs administered by DECE; and (5) Coordinating internal and external data sources in order to ensure data quality and integrity.
