Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Alabama Department of Mental Health desires to establish contract s to purchase Bluewave Security Products and Services offered in a product and services catalog to include Bluewave access control endpoints and associated door hardware, access control software and licenses, associated server hardware and software needed to support the Bluewave Security system, and other associated miscellaneous equipment and software needed for the successful operation of a Bluewave Security access control system . The contract period will commence upon acceptance for a term of 3 years and will be twice renewable, if agreed in writing by each party, for additional one-year terms, for a total possible term of 5 years. The contracts will provide the capability to obtain additional items from the catalog pricing as required. ADMH also desires to establish this contract as a means to purchase professional services offered through Vendor’s catalog. The established contracts are to be used by ADMH for the support and operation of access control systems at ADMH properties in Alabama. Up to four (4) qualified vendors may be awarded Bluewave Security Products and Services catalog contracts from this bid. ADMH intends to purchase goods and services from the lowest cost, responsible provider(s), but reserves the right to purchase any item from one or more awarded Vendors. Please note that this bid is for Bluewave Security products, software, and professional services only. All other inclusions of catalog items not directly related to the core functionality of Bluewave Security systems will not be accepted
