All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: MONTHLY Minimum number of hours requirement per night for monthly services – Six (6) Cleaning services required to begin at 3:00 p.m. and completed prior to 12:00 midnight nightly. Billing for monthly cleaning cycle is monthly. FALL/SPRING QUARTERLY CLEANING (Requires floor Wax) Two Qtrly cleaning services required with floor wax. Fall Qtr. (Oct., Nov., Dec.) & Spring Qtr. (April, May, June), (see spec for requirements). (2) Two Rooms require waxing: File Room, and Storage Room. Custom Vinyl Tile on floors. Scheduling must be preapproved by the DHR authorized representative, and services performed within the required quarter. 7- day advance notice is required prior to Quarterly services being performed. Preferred dates of service between Saturday 8:00a.m., and prior to 12:00pm midnight Sunday. Scheduling may be changed at agency’s discretion. Note: Floor waxing required during these two quarter sessions in non-carpet areas for floor types that require wax. Flooring such as luxury vinyl tile, vinyl composite tile, and ceramic tile must be vacuumed, and cleaned, and sanitized in lieu of waxing. All other duties required. WINTER/SUMMER QUARTERLY CLEANING (Do Not Floor Wax) Two Qtrly cleaning services required without floor wax. Winter Qtr. (Jan., Feb, Mar.) & Summer Qtr. (July, Aug., Sept.), (see spec for requirements). No waxing on ceramic tile floors, Luxury Vinyl Tile floors nor carpet. Server Room (electrical in room, no waxing). Scheduling must be preapproved by the DHR authorized representative, and services performed within the required quarter. 7- day advance notice is required prior to Quarterly services being performed.
