All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following schedule for seasonal lawn service should be performed. January through March – Winter clean-up and spring cut-down. Remove excess winter debris from the turf areas, foundation beds, walkways, etc. and mow turf areas as needed once per month. Edge and weed trim around all walks, beds and curbs as needed. (6 visits) April Through September – Mow turf areas as needed every 14 days. Edge and weed trim around all walk-ways, beds and curbs as needed. General clean up of grounds, including blowing or vacuuming curbs and walks each visit. (14 visits) October through December – Fall/winter clean-up. Remove excess fall/winter debris from the turf areas, foundation beds and walk-ways, etc, and mow turf areas as needed twice per month. Edge and weed trim around all walk-ways, beds, and curbs as needed. (6 visits)
