The successful Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, transportation and materials to: A. Identify, trap, and remove nuisance beavers; B. Dismantle and remove beaver dams or obstructions affecting water flow C. Take preventative actions as necessary to deter future beaver activity D. Contractor must provide all equipment and materials to perform the services specified. E. Contractor must utilize Best Management Practices for beaver control as recommended by the State of Alabama Department of Natural Resources. F. All beaver removal activities must comply with applicable state and local laws, including regulations enforced by the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (ADCNR). G. All traps must be checked daily as required by law. H. Dam removals must restore full water flow within five (5) calendar days of notification. I. The contractor must respond to the work location within 72 hours, or three (3) business days when notified by the Department of Nuisance Beavers. J. In an emergency situation where services are required immediately, the contractor must respond to the work location within a two (2) hour period,
