Lawn care and grounds maintenance to include: mowing, weed-eating, edging, glowing off parking lots and walk ways, and weeding beds weekly during the growing season and bi-weekly during the Fall and Winter; trimming shrubs and hedges twice per year; and mulching beds once per year. Service Location: 757 Museum Drive, Mobile, AL 36608 Lawn Service for the period 10/1/2023 thru 9/30/2024. Weekly mowing, edging, weed eat and blow off all lawn areas during the growing season. Growing season is defined as April 1st thru September 30th. During October through March, lawn service will be once per month or as needed. Grounds will be mowed or trimmed to the roadside, all curbs and walkways will be power edged. All sidewalks, walkways and building entrance way will be blown after each cutting. All clippings and debris will be removed from property. All curbs and walkways will be kept free from wild grass that grows through cracks. Flower beds and jasmine will be done twice a month during growing season and once a month during non growing season. Beds will be weed eated down and sprayed. Jasmine and monkey grass will be cut neat. Invoices should be submitted once a month and payment is made in arrears. Awarded vendor to supply all chemicals, materials and/or equipment needed to perform the above services. In order to properly quote this service, a site visit is strongly encouraged.
