Specifications include, but are not limited to: Size: Each guide will be 8 x 11. Stock: Cover stock: 100# gloss cover bleed with heavy coverage UV coating on interior cover. Text stock: 70# coated text, gloss finish all signatures bleed with heavy coverage. Ink: Outside and inside covers will be four-color process. All covers must have a UV coating on both sides. Binding: Perfect Bound, Saddlestitch or Spiral Bound (plastic coil preferred, color TBD) Possible Publications: Football, Gymnastics, Baseball, Mens Basketball, Womens Basketball, Football Bowl, Spring Football, Annual Report . Design: Successful contractor to provide graphic design services and must include samples of previous work in the design phase with a concentration on publications that demonstrate originality in design, adherence to style guidelines, and a clean look. Publications in the field of athletics are not necessary, however, if available, please include. The graphic designer will be responsible for meeting in person with the editor four (4) months prior to the publication date to establish schedule, communication procedure, responsibilities and tasks.
