Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Provide armed security patrol guards to deter criminal activity. b. Ensure measures to provide a secure working environment for all employees. c. Emergency response training for all security personnel including notifying BJCTA management of emergency situations (break in, flooding, vandalism, etc.). d. Random and Directed Foot Patrol by security personnel within perimeter of facility. e. Maintain a highly visible security presence. f. Contractor shall comply with BJCTA Drug Free Workplace Program Plan. The contracting firm shall submit a training log of all personnel who completed/attended training along with next scheduled training date. g. Provide Safety Sensitive training for all security personnel.
