This contract will be awarded with a starting date of 11/01/2017 and will continue until 10/31/2017. Upon mutual agreement, the contract may be extended annually for 4 additional 1 year terms. Orders will be placed on an as needed basis only. Quantities are estimated and actual usage may be higher or lower. Awarded supplier, when possible, should maintain the items listed in-stock for immediate shipment upon request. Also, proper invoicing referencing the bid number relating to this agreement will be expected.
