Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Installing a total of 10 two-way intercoms with video. a. 8 will be installed on exterior doors of the SEOC building in Clanton; b. 1 will be installed on an interior door; c. 1 will be installed at the main gate post replacing the UHF intercom that is currently installed.; 2. Installing 3 Base units in the following locations: a. AEMA Main Lobby; b. AEMA COMM Room; c. IT Admin Desk; 3. All Cabling will need to be pulled to the nearest network closet, and terminated to the patch panels in the room, and numbered, and labeled on both ends of the cables.; 4. Vendor will provide a detailed inventory of parts to AEMA with Part Numbers, serial numbers, install date, etc. on an excel spreadsheet.; 5. Vendor will register all components with the manufacturer and provide AEMA with digital copies.; 6. Vendor will provide digital copies of all manuals for installed equipment.; 7. Vendor will provide copies of all equipment software.; 8. Vendor will provide all digital documentation, manuals, and software on a USB Flash Drive.; 9. Vendor will remove any unneeded, or damaged cabling and equipment, and return it to AEMA IT for disposal.; 10. Vendor will clean up after installations, and touch up any paint, and patch drywall/masonry where needed.; 11. Vendor will seal up exposed holes, and seal around each unit after new equipment is installed.; 12. Vendor will provide detailed training on the operation and administration of installed equipment.; 13. Vendor must supply all materials labor and programming for this project.
