The proposed project involves the construction of a new 12,500+ sq. ft. multifunctional facility designed to meet several key needs. The building will include locker rooms, coaches’ offices, satellite training room and team multipurpose meeting room, adjacent to the soccer and softball complexes. This addition will elevate the overall experience for AUM’s student-athletes and coaches, while aligning our facilities with NCAA DII and Gulf South Conference competitive standards. Interior Functional Space Overview: • Coaches Offices for Softball, Men’s Soccer, Women’s Soccer staff + possibly one additional sport • Locker Rooms for Softball, Men’s Soccer, Women’s Soccer + possibly one additional sport • Satellite Training Room • Multipurpose Room (film review, recruiting, team meeting, etc.) • Officials’ Locker Room • Laundry Room Facility • Equipment/Storage Room Services of the Architect-of-Record may include, but is not limited to: • Basic Services (A through E) as defined in the Division of Construction Management’s Manual of Procedures • Initial program verification • Renderings • Survey and geotechnical reports • Interior design and FF&E selections and procurement • Landscape Services • Specialty Spaces: Locker Rooms, Laundry Facility, Athletic Training Room
