APT'S U.S. 250 Productions Sole Source Production to Bobby Horton 1. Agreement between Bobby Horton and the Alabama Educational Television Commission d/b/a Alabama Public Television (APT) whereby Bobby Horton agrees to provide the following services referred to in this agreement as the Product: (a) Licensing of up to 55 original o public domain musical tracks previously commissioned and delivered for APT's U.S. 250 spots.2. As full consideration for the completion of the above-described services and for all other rights, properties and privileges granted to APT under the terms of this agreement, APT agrees to compensateBobby Horton as follows: (a) $10,000 for the successful approved completion of the original musical tracks to be paid within 30 days of receipt of a final invoice by APT from Bobby Horton.
