Fall Clean-up shall be included in the pricing and performed as follows:includes removal of all dead annual, cutting back of perennial plantings appropriately,wrapping trees to prevent sunscald, covering of beds necessary to protect plants. • Erosion issues will be noted and options for correction will be provided by Contractor. • Cedar Park, Lister Hill, Centennial Hill and Smiley Court will be bush hogged byanother vendor, but pricing should include maintaining areas in which the bush hogtractor can't reach. The bid should include spraying a weed killer 2' in back of the curbat Cedar Park and along the existing fence line at the comer of Hall Street and KingCole Drive in Centennial Hill. Weed killer shall also be sprayed on the concreteerosion control mound at Centennial Hill. • Hydro seeding and grounds preparation up to 5 acres shall be included in this bid and is to be administered in February and October. The following properties will need hydroseeding: Tulane Gardens, Parks Place, Paterson Ct., Gibbs Village East and Gibbs Village West
