Establish goals, KPIs, and success benchmarks. Support leadership and staff with strategic reporting and presentations. D2. Social Media Ambassador Pilot Program Develop plan for the pilot program including objectives, target audiences, timelines, budgets, and evaluation. Define selection criteria and processes for ambassadors 5 Recommend appropriate social media platforms, content types, cadence, ambassador roles and guidelines Establish monitoring/evaluation framework: key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, follower growth, placement, ambassador participation, qualitative feedback. Implement program including, ambassador recruitment, on-going support, content production, and distribution management. Collect and analyze performance data to determine effectiveness and ROI. Ensure compliance with brand standards, appropriate use of social media, and any state regulatory requirements.
