Specifications for Janitorial Services at Surplus Property located at 4590 Mobile Highway, Montgomery, AL 36108 Cleaning twice a week during work hours – need to be finished by 4:00pm Areas of cleaning • Offices and general office areas (including offices in warehouse) • Reception area • Common areas/hallways • Kitchenette/breakroom • Six Restrooms Service • Vacuum all carpeted areas. • Sweep and mop floors without carpet. • Gather all trash in containers and empty in designated area. • Dust and wipe clean furniture, fixtures, file cabinets, as needed. • Clean front glass entrance and interior glass as needed. • Sweep, mop, and disinfect all bathroom floors. • Clean and disinfect basins, toilet bowls, and urinals both inside and out. • Clean and disinfect countertops, dispensers, shelves, etc. • Refill all toilet tissue, towel, and soap dispensers as required. Agency will provide these items. • Vendor will use own cleaning equipment and supplies. • Area of cleaning is approximately 7,900 square feet. • Quotes prices should be on a monthly basis. The following services will be on a as needed or requested by Surplus basis. The quoted price should be the amount for each service listed below. • Carpet cleaning wall to wall – 6,136 square feet. • Carpet cleaning – Spot cleaning – 6.136 square feet. • Restroom scrubbing and detailing – 732 square feet.
