Lawn Care to include: mow and edge all grass areas weekly (or as needed) from March thru September; maintain flower beds; trim all flower beds, sidewalks, and curbs; dispose of all trash/debris in parking lot; and blow all sidewalks and parking lot free of grass clippings - Approx. 31 services - billed at $xxx per service. QUOTE SHOULD BE SUBMITTED AS A PER SERVICE AMOUNT. (This amount will be adjusted to the number of services listed.) Awarded vendor to supply all chemicals, materials and/or equipment needed to perform these services. Subcontracting is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of the contract. The person(s) performing this service must be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor. Any damages to grounds, lawn, vehicles, and/or building during the performance of these services will be solely the responsibility of the awarded vendor. Lawn Care to include: trim and maintain all shrubs and/or trees once per year or as needed. Lawn Care to include: add mulch to flower beds once per year.
