Lawn Care to include: mowing, weed-eating, edging and blowing off of debris from parking lot and sidewalks, maintain flower beds by weeding, removing dead/dying plants and mulching, as needed, and spraying weeds - every two weeks or as needed - approximately 26 services - billed at $xxx per service. QUOTE SHOULD BE SUBMITTED AS A PER SERVICE AMOUNT. (This amount will be adjusted to the number of services listed.) Awarded vendor to supply all chemicals, materials and/or equipment needed to perform these services. Subcontracting is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of the contract. The person(s) performing this service must be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor. Any damages to grounds, lawn, vehicles, and/or building during the performance of these services will be solely the responsibility of the awarded vendor.
