Lawn Care For the Period 10/01/25 thru 9/30/26 *** Lawn Care to include: During the months of October thru February - once per month: mowing; edging around sidewalks and parking lot curb; blowing clippings from sidewalks and parking lot; removal of trash/debris from mowed areas; and weed-eating around signs and light poles. During the months of March thru September - twice per month: mowing; edging around sidewalks and parking lot curb; blowing clippings from sidewalks and parking lot; removal of trash/debris from mowed areas; and weed-eating around signs and light poles. Lawn Care to include: mowing, trimming, edging, blowing and picking up of debris. Frequency of service: bi-weekly - approximately 19 services - billed at $xxx per service
