Weekly mowing, edging, weed eat and blow off all lawn areas during the growing season. Growing season is defined as April 1st thru September 30th. During October through March, lawn service will be once per month or as needed. Grounds will be mowed or trimmed to the roadside, all curbs and walkways will be power edged. All sidewalks, walkways and building entrance way will be blown after each cutting. All clippings and debris will be removed from property. All curbs and walkways will be kept free from wild grass that grows through cracks. Flower beds and jasmine will be done twice a month during growing season and once a month during non growing season. Beds will be weed eated down and sprayed. Jasmine and monkey grass will be cut neat. Payment is made in arrears. Awarded vendor to supply all chemicals, materials and/or equipment needed to perform the above services. Subcontracting of this service by awarded vendor is NOT allowed and will result in termination of the contract. The person(s) performing this service should be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor. Any damages to grounds, lawn, and/or building during the performance of these services will be solely the responsibility of the awarded vendor to correct.
