For the period 10/01/24 thru 9/30/25 - Lawn care and grounds maintenance to include: mowing, weed-eating, edging, blowing off parking lots and walk ways, debris and trash removal, weed control in paved and concrete areas, leaf removal in fall, and weeding beds weekly during the growing season and bi-weekly during the Fall and Winter. Approx. 26 cuts. - billed at $xx per service. QUOTE SHOULD BE SUBMITTED AS A PER SERVICE AMOUNT. (This amount will be adjusted to the number of services listed.) Awarded vendor to supply all chemicals, materials and/or equipment needed to perform these services. Subcontracting of this service by awarded vendor is NOT allowed and will result in termination of the contract. The person(s) performing this service should be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor. Any damages to grounds, lawn, and/or building during the performance of these services will be solely the responsibility of the awarded vendor to correct.
