This project involves upgrading the control system for the existing chiller plant. The scope includes the removal of the current Schneider Electric controller and the installation of a new Johnson Controls (JCI) Metasys controls system. A JCI network engine (SNE) will be installed to serve as the central control platform. The Metasys network will be configured to integrate and add all necessary equipment points associated with the chiller plant. Following installation, all equipment and system operations will be thoroughly tested and verified to ensure proper functionality and integration with the new controls. This comprehensive upgrade will provide enhanced system reliability, improved monitoring, and streamlined control capabilities for the chiller plant.
