Specifications include, but are not limited to:. Telehealth Carts 14 each, Telehealth Carts to include cart, computer, and digital diagnostic set. ADRS is providing the software licenses: Zoom for Healthcare Licensing. System proposed must allow for this software and be HIPPA complaint. Cart and computer to be shipped installed as one unit except the digital diagnostic set (considered accessories). Supplier to include the following: training (virtual or in person) after equipment has been received, tech support services for a five-year period (supplier to provide telephone, email or contact information for ADRS personnel to address issues with equipment), and extended warranty (five-year period) for all components. All equipment must conform to U.S. electrical standards (National Electric Code).
