Pest Control Pest control services for the ADRS BEP Mobile Office located at 3654 Halls Mill Road, Mobile, AL. 36693. Site Visit is scheduled for Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 10:00 am. Contact Person: Robin Orum. Suppliers submitting bids must attend and sign the sign in sheet for bids submitted to be reviewed. The supplier shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation, tools, materials and supplies necessary to perform pest control services. All applicable EPA regulations and rules shall be followed (www.epa.gov). Each supplier to possess an Alabama Pest Control License or Pesticide Applicator License from the Alabama Dept of Agriculture and Industries. Supplier must have a minimum of $100,000.00 liability coverage with $50,000.00 for each occurrence and provide proof of workman’s compensation insurance sufficient to satisfy all legal requirements of the State of Alabama if employees in number are 5 or greater. Supplier to include all documentation requested when submitting bid. Supplier to be no farther than 45 miles from facility location. Valid Period: 10/1/25 thru 9/30/26 Quarterly Pest Control Services. This location consists of one building with an office and three warehouses. Monitoring and control of the following pests: roaches, crickets, silverfish, earwigs, rodents, spiders, ants, etc. Call backs for issues with pests will be provided at no charge to ADRS. Spraying inside and outside of building. Provide and monitor 10 rodent stations around the outside of the building. Supplier to provide and replace glue traps used in the interior of the building (estimated at 5 per location). Valid Period: 10/1/25 thru 9/30/26
